What materials are used in Ocean Bottle products?
Our bottles are crafted from double-walled vacuum-insulated stainless steel and recycled ocean-bound plastic, ensuring your drinks stay hot for 12 hours or cold for 24 hours while supporting a cleaner planet.
How long does shipping take for the Ocean Brew collection?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Are Ocean Bottle and Ocean Brew products dishwasher safe?
Most of our products are dishwasher safe up to 60°C; however, we recommend hand-washing the lids and any painted finishes to preserve the longevity of the vacuum seal and vibrant colors.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition for a full refund.
Does my purchase actually help the ocean?
Yes! For every Ocean Bottle or Ocean Brew product sold, we fund the collection of 11.4kg of ocean-bound plastic (the equivalent of 1,000 plastic bottles) in coastal communities.
Do you offer a warranty on your drinkware?
All Ocean Bottle products come with a 10-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your bottle loses its thermal properties or suffers a hardware failure, we will replace it.
